Back for 2023 – join our free School Improvement Conference
After a four-year hiatus due to the pandemic, the Rodillian Multi Academy Trust is excited to announce the return of our School Improvement Conference for 2023.
This free conference is open to secondary school and Academy staff across the country, and focuses on sharing our Trust’s approach to school improvement and the principles which have led to our success so far, including:
- Positive Discipline (new format)
- Resilience Curriculum
- Aspire Curriculum
- Coaching model for staff development
Andy Goulty, Chief Executive at the Trust, said: “Our School Improvement Conference allows us to meet school and Academy staff from across the country and share our Rodillian principles, which has helped us to transform schools – from their culture to their Ofsted ratings – as well as the lives of students and teachers.
“The conference aims to highlight how our principles and strategies can work for other schools too, and we are passionate about sharing our tried and tested ways of working, to support as many schools as possible.”
The conference will be held on Thursday 2 February 2023 at BBG Academy (Bradford Road, Birkenshaw, BD19 4BE), and will run from 8:00am until 2:25pm – with lunch and refreshments provided.
