Attendance and Welfare Officer
Claire Langstaff is the Attendance and Welfare Officer for the Rodillian Multi Academy Trust. She supports attendance across the academies and works closely with the Trust’s Director for Attendance and Welfare. Claire has worked in her current role since 2015, previously working at RMAT’s alternative education provision, Southway.
Prior to joining the Trust, Claire worked in Pupil Referral Units supporting pupils and families with very challenging attendance issues across all Key Stages. Before working in education, Claire worked with vulnerable children and families in the statutory and voluntary sector, supporting complex cases in social care, delivering individual and group work to families living in hostels and refuges, children who ran away, Travellers and Gypsies, and Asylum Seekers and Refugees.
