Ashley has worked in the education sector both as teacher and experienced leader for the last 12 years which has allowed her to gain knowledge of raising expectations and long term outcomes for young people, including those presenting complex needs. Ashley has a proven track record of excellent outcomes and actively supports progressive development of SEN research, working to encourage and promote the advancement of a positive SEN culture and climate. In her capacity on the Trustee, Ashley is committed to continuing to promote, encourage and uphold the Rodillian ethos and principles.
