Adam began his career in Facilities Management working as a Facilities Officer and Senior Facilities Office for the building maintenance company, Interserve; providing service to a Leeds based academy in the Academies Enterprise Trust.
Adam later went on to work for the Academies Enterprise Trust as part of the Estates & Facilities Team and was responsible for the facilities management and health and safety of the trust’s northern based academy sites.

Adam was appointed as the Facilities and Health & Safety Manager with the Rodillian Academy in January 2018.

Adam is IOSH and NEBOSH qualified in Health and Safety.
